Financing the MEES Program

Most students receive some financial support from their employer to participate in MEES. Here are some ideas and suggestions to help you gain employer support. These suggestions will help your employer see that investing in MEES is a wise decision to improve your ability to drive bottom-line performance in your organization.

Key points to discuss with your employer

Review the course descriptions. Discuss how each course applies to your current and future responsibilities.

  • Note that your participation in MEES will not interrupt your work schedule or your ability to travel.
  • Note that top engine employers have reviewed MEES and have chosen to support their employees' enrollment in the program.
  • Discuss how MEES courses emphasize immediate application of what you are learning. Employers are able to immediately see and benefit from your progress as you apply tools, concepts, and strategies to your workplace projects and responsibilities.
